Directions for Use

Pre-operative Skin Preparation

Prepare a 0.5% chlorhexidine solution in 70% alcohol by mixing:

• 10 mL Hibisep 5% Solution
• 15 mL clean water
• Top up to 100 mL using industrial methylated spirits.
