High in protein, low in starch, lupins provide a quality source of protein and energy for both ruminant and non-ruminant livestock. Processing the lupin via cracking increases palatability and digestibility resulting in improved nutritional uptake. Lupins are suitable supplementary feed for horses, cattle sheep, poultry and pigs.
