Designed for Everyday Bird Cage Hygiene

Keeping your bird's cage clean is an important part of responsible bird care.

Avi One Shell Grit Sheets provide a convenient liner that can be removed and replaced during routine cleaning.

Regularly changing cage liners helps remove accumulated droppings, food debris and other waste.

These sheets make it easier to maintain a tidy cage base while reducing the time required for everyday cleaning.

Shell Grit & Sand Surface

The textured surface features shell grit and sand.

The manufacturer identifies shell grit as a source of calcium and states that the sheets can help keep beaks and nails trim.

These sheets should not replace a nutritionally balanced diet, suitable perches or veterinary-recommended calcium supplementation.

Easy to Cut & Fit

Each sheet measures approximately 23cm × 41cm.

The sheets can be trimmed to fit a variety of cage bases and removable trays.

Simply measure the cage tray, cut the sheet to the required size and place it flat inside the tray.

Suitable for Bird Cages

Avi One Grit Sheets may be used in appropriately sized cages for birds such as:

• Budgerigars
• Canaries
• Finches
• Cockatiels
• Lovebirds
• Other suitable cage birds

Always consider your bird's individual needs and cage design. Where possible, place the sheet beneath a protective cage grate to minimise direct access to soiled bedding.

Directions for Use

1. Remove the existing liner and clean the cage tray.
2. Measure the base of your bird cage.
3. Cut an Avi One Grit Sheet to the required size if necessary.
4. Place the sheet flat inside the cage tray.
5. Check the sheet regularly for droppings, food debris and moisture.
6. Remove and replace when soiled.
7. Clean and dry the cage tray before fitting a fresh sheet.

Important: Do not allow sheets to remain damp or heavily soiled. If your bird chews or consumes significant amounts of the liner, remove it and seek advice from an avian veterinarian.
